Case
You have invited some friends to a dinner where you want to serve white fish as a main dish. What wine in your cellar is best suited?
What you do
Well, that is solved quite quickly and easily. Shall we say 2 seconds? What you do is to go to the “Search for a Wine” field. Click in the appearing menu on “White Fish” and a second later you see that you have to wines that fit for the meal: The lovely Breuer Berg Schlossberg Riesling from Germany and the as lovely but a bit fresher Pieropan La Rocca Soave Classico from Italy. I think I would offer both, since they are a good combination, starting with the Italian one.
